Professional experience
Aleksandar has extensive experience with large portfolios in the delivery of major projects, programs and has specialist skills in supply consultancy, through estimating and budgeting, risk management, interpretation of project information, variance analysis, trending, forecasting and organizational effectiveness for financial performance and project improvement - working with clients worldwide.
His involvement in a number of significant projects and multi-use sites has included providing procedural advice on feasibility and on all financial aspects of proposed developments in the Serbia, Central Europe, Russia, Africa and Middle East.
