OAZA Residential complex is located in the wider city center of Belgrade. It is designed as a luxurious condominium, with modernly equipped apartments (total of 53), underground garage, inner closed yard and complemental facilities: supermarket, beauty saloon, fitness and swimming pool, pharmacy etc. It was the first project of its kind in Belgrade.

The whole complex is a result of partial reconstruction and extension of former factory of socks “Partizanka”. It is considered a successful example of urban reconstruction in Belgrade.
