Pet Centar is the property of 2,040 sqm GBA retail shop that was custom built for the Croatian retailer Pet Centar. It is located in Block 43 in New Belgrade, an area with a rising significance due to intensive construction of commercial buildings.

The store is the first “big box” pet store in Serbia. It consists of 2 levels and accommodates the pet store’s retail area (ground floor), and storage plus offices on the first floor.Pet Centar, a Croatian-based pet retailer, currently operates 2 large stores in Zagreb as well as stores in Rijeka and Osijek (secondary Croatian cities). The Belgrade store is the first of the company’s planned expansion in the Balkans.
