West 65 is a modern residential, business & commercial complex located in New Belgrade on the corner of the Omladinskih brigada street and the route of Inner city ring road.

The complex consists of 11 residential blocks, 2-level underground garage, shopping center and a multifunctional tower. Due to its size and complexity, this project will be constructed in several phases.

The main features of the residential part are: optimal space organization, 1st class materials & equipment, individual and cost-effective heating system, central air-conditioning system with individual consumption measurement, security and access control, property & facility management.
