With its facilities, design, comfort and impeccable service this hotel will host not only business people, but tourists and other guests of Belgrade as well.
This prestigious hotel will consist of approximately 240 rooms, a presidential suite, ballroom and multifunctional halls for various events, fitness center and two restaurants, one on the ground floor and another on the rooftop overlooking the entire city. There will also be an underground garage on 4 levels and an inner courtyard with a garden.
CRE International provided project management services in the pre-construction phase and completed technical control of Building Permit Design for the project.
